Enchanting northern Michigan property near Charlevoix, Michigan
Since 1964 this little farm has been home to a quant artist studio and gallery. In 1964, Bill and Bonnie Staffel opened up Staffel Pottery and Studio in the farm's old granary. The small artisan gallery and studio became a yearly destination for many visitors until it closed in 1985. Cycling Salamander acquired the property in 2000 and opened up the gallery the following year. Over the years the gallery has hosted dozens of art events, concerts, art and yoga classes. The 6 acre farm includes the gallery, farm house, and three small outbuildings . The farm house, originally built in 1900, has been completely renovated and includes baseboard water heating. Every window overlooks the beautiful property with gently rolling hills, evergreens, sugar maples, walnut grove, and pond. |
